Focus Creep (RX1R)
The Sony RX1R has a disturbing tendency to change the focus slightly; it has unstable lens focus. For example, when focus is set, then the switch is set to MF at the start of an aperture series: no change should occur in size or framing across the series.
This unsettling behavior appears to be a bug akin to the disturbing Fujifilm X-E1 focus creep problem. It tends to happen most often from f/16 to f/22.
The change in image reproduction ratio is visible in the example below; this could only occur if the camera disturbs the focus by electronic juvenile delinquency.
