Shoulder Surgery
Please hold inquiries, comments, etc for a few days—
Surgery tomorrow to remove a calcified lump under rotator cuff in right shoulder likely to make typing and work uncomfortable for a few days.
Update: went well, one-handed typing too slow to do much.
Day 1+: surgery went well, very tight even to get scope in (crud in joint), but no digging into tendon so full recovery in ~6 weeks, took arm out of sling for some gentle movement as per doctor, will be able to type fairly well in a day or two. Bringing camera to eye (raising arm) might be hard for longer (small muscle cut through for arthroscopy), but perhaps the left hand can carry the tripod with the camera locked in. Being idle sucks. Cameras all designed for right-handed users!
